Returns & Exchanges

At Yardstick Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns and exchanges on brewing equipment and accessories within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 7 days. Please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale unless there is a quality defect.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at hello@yardstickcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item to initiate a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your item and ship it back to our main roastery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
